Where is it manufactured?

Currently in Europe, after Fall 2014 it will be manufactures as a 100% US made Product and will also be ARRA compliant.

 

What is the current Lead Time?

Warranty Conditions?

25 years on all racking, 10 Years for the Wind Deflectors

 

Is it wind tunnel tested?

Yes, up to 150 miles per hour

 

What snow Load can the System handle?

50 psf with the Standard Solution, 113 psf with the Alpine Verison * Only available with Aerocompact S15 and +.

 

Is the System UL listed?

It is ETL listed per UL 2703 Standards

 

What Roof slope can the System handle?

Max 4 Degrees

 

What is the max Building Height?

80 ft-25m

 

Landscape or Portrait?

Only Landscape mounting is possible with Aerocompact

 

Do I receive a Layout?

Yes, we provide you with a complimentary Ballast Calculation with Layout, static Information and a Quote for each of your Projects

 

What should I submit to get the Calculation?

The fully filled Intake form and all the Information you might have about the Project

 

How do I ballast?

There is two options. The less expensive verison to place the Ballast directly on the Connectors and support the Block with Slipmats underneath, the second Version is to use a Wind Deflector with integrated Ballast pan


Whats the Material of the System?

Aluminum and galvanized Steel Wind Deflectors

 

What is the Material of the Building protection pad?

Recycled Rubber with aluminum coating, to prevent that the pad connects to the roof over the years


What is the usual Point load?

Around 3 psf based on 90 miles

 

Is a Hybrid available?

Yes, we have Attachments if needed and we can offer a hybrid solution with attachments and Ballast

 

What Attachments do you have?

Ecofasten 44R and Quickmount. Standoff. All approved in seismic Zones in CA.

 

How many Tolls I need?

You only need 1 Torx Screw

 

How is the System grounded?

We provide ETL listed Module Clamps with integrated Grounding, also the ultimate grounding is per Weeb Lug 8.0.

 

Do I need additional Grounding Strips?

No

 

Can I mount Solar World modules?

Yes, we are approved by SW for short side Clamping and will provide Documentaion on request

 

How many Parts will I have?

Mounting Brackets, Wind Deflector, Middle and End Clamps, Torx Screws, Washer, Wire Management Clip, Cable Clip, Slip mats for support of the Ballast

 

How will it get shipped?

1 pallet for the racking, 1 pallet for the deflectors. Usually 40 kwp of Racking fits on them.
