Does the MidNite Solar MNPV6 Combiner Box come with a Ground Bus Bar?
I am buying MidNite Solar MNPV6 Combiner 6 Input 20A 150/600V for combining 6 strings light commercial solar project. Does this combiner box come with a ground bus bar? And what function does the Ground Bus Bar play?
The combiner has a negative bus bar - for combining negative PV source leads, as well as a grounding bus bar for equipment grounding and lightning protection.
The MidNite Solar MNPV6 includes a 15 position PV negative bus bar, a 14 position ground bus bar, a 120 amp Plus bus bar for breakers and 80 amp bus bar for fuses.
