Small System

Hi; My name is Nelson Santiago. I will like to know base on your expertise if what I have in mind is worth it and what materials I need to make it happen. As you may know in Puerto Rico we are having a problem with the power and is getting very difficult to find a generator as well so my thoughts are to just buy a single solar panel with inverter, charger and a battery to at least turn on the fridge for a couple hr's and small fans at night. Please let me know is this will work, what materials to make this happen I need and also what will be the price.
