Is there anyone making a high voltage/ low current module?

Now that the Canadian Solar 5P modules are no longer available, are there any other panel options available that are high voltage with low current?

Specifically, I'm looking for:
200-250W range (8 of them) with a VOC less than 55 VDC and a ISC less than 7.5A
