Dear Sir/madam, I want to develop a PV system, it has to be able to work on grid and off grid as well. Also, it does fulfill the EN50438 standard. the nominal power could be from 1.5 kWp to 3.5 kWp. The inverter has to include the controller charge. Could you recommend some brands of hybrid inverters ? Regards Pedro

You are looking for a pre-wired system. I have not encountered a pre-wired export version in my search. My recommendation would be to use Outback's GS3548E as it's the smallest in that range that is EN50438 compliant and add the charge controller separately as well as any of the other balance of system components you might want to have included.
Pedro, I think the Deka would be a very desirable option.
