I'm using a Siliken SLK60P6L 230 Solar Panel on a project in a coastal area prone to hurricanes. The project's RFQ states that modules must be rated to IEC 61215 for wind loads of 136 mph. I'm having trouble finding information on the wind rating of the IEC 61215.
The module's data sheet shows that the module is rated to IEC 61215, but I don't know if this covers the required 136mph rating.

As you know from the data sheet, the module is rated to IEC 61215, they key for this project in a region of very high wind is to make sure that the racking complies with the required wind rating.
