Which charge controller do you use with a UniSolar e-PVL Solar Panel?

I want to use the UniSolar e-PVL-144 Amorphous PowerBond Solar Panels on my off-grid solar project but I am not sure which charge controller to use.  Do you size the charge controller differently when you use a higher voltage thin-film panel?  How do I determine which controller to utilize?
