Power station

I purchase 2 solar panels from your company they're not working for my power station. I took in the spec sheet for what I
was looking for and was sold ja solar. Can you recommend what to purchase according to my specs. I just wasted money because I was told your company will not exchange them. I thought If I purchased them through a company if I had an issue with them I would have the option to exchange them . So I need some advice on what I need to get so I will not waste any more money. I want 2 panels or a single that will input close to the 1000w without going over 60v. Thanks
