The thermal coefficient for PV modules (all types) is a negative
coefficient that is used to describe how module voltage changes with
temperature.
Modules are tested and rated at 25 degrees Celsius (77 Degrees
Fahrenheit) - at higher temperatures, voltage and power decrease, and at
lower temperatures voltage and power increase.
